Encompassing all of our sustainable development initiatives, our Green Performance Pledge consolidates the community's commitment to reducing its carbon footprints. We collaborate with tenants on energy and water audits, LED replacements, and waste reduction to maximise resource efficiency. We have also introduced coffee grounds and food waste recycling to convert the refuse into essential invigorators for future city landscaping projects and energy production.
